Controller (m/f/d)

Your tasks

As a controller, you will work closely with top management and be responsible for preparing, improving and optimizing the financial reporting process (forecast, budget, etc.) of the local units in Austria and Switzerland. You will be in constant contact with local management and support their controlling needs:

  • Financial reporting: you prepare, improve and optimize the financial reporting process for the units in Austria and Switzerland
  • Analysis and support: You prepare various analyses to support the decision-making processes of SKIDATA management.
  • Project management: You take on project management tasks and work in project teams on various special projects in different departments.
  • BI landscape: You will develop and improve the BI landscape in order to carry out the above tasks in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Increasing efficiency: You actively increase the efficiency of the business through meaningful analyses of the operational business with the aim of increasing overall profitability.

Your profile

  • Completed studies in finance (university / university of applied sciences)
  • First relevant professional experience, ideally in an international B2B company
  • Knowledge of controlling tools
  • Experience with BI tool solutions and excellent MS Excel skills
  • High intrinsic motivation and independence
  • Analytical thinking and structured way of working
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in German and English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and open-mindedness
  • Willingness to travel to Switzerland up to 20% of the time

Your Place of work

Groedig/Salzburg (HQ)

We offer a competitive salary based on your qualifications and professional experience. The minimum salary for this position under the collective agreement is 2,229.00 euros gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be overpaid in line with the market and will be significantly higher than the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement.
