The car parks and their management are important components of the hotel operations for the Radisson Blu Hotel. Above all, it must be easy to use, maintain and manage. For the implementation of their requirements, the operator engaged a customized and cost-effective solution that will also meet future requirements - the SKIDATA solution.
From cashless payment to meaningful and informative reporting: The car parks convince their guests right from the start: They simply insert the card into the “Tip and Go” chip and pin / debit card reader or wave the card in front of the “Wave and Go” contactless chip and pin reader. Guests are immediately on their way as the barrier opens at once the cashless payment is very convenient. The same goes for contract parkers, who recharge their weekly, monthly or annual pass right at automatic terminal.
The hotel benefits not only from reduced costs related to the handling of cash, but also from a significant drop in effort by the reception staff for guests who pay no fee. All this while increasing customer satisfaction at the same time. The hotel management is pleased to have the current, detailed reports, provided as a SKIDATA standard feature. At the touch of a button, the various reports break down sales, show capacity utilization or preferred payment methods, and much more. This facilitates planning and makes short-term promotions possible.
