All-Rounder Reception Desk - part-time/Job Sharing (m/f/d)
Deine Aufgaben
As the first point of contact, you represent our company and are responsible for the professional coordination of all international telephone inquiries as well as the personal support of our customers and business partners at the reception.
You organize the occupancy of our meeting rooms, process the mail and support the Supply Chain Management department with administrative activities. Support in building management (facility management) and internal communication are one of your main tasks and you enjoy actively doing this.
Dein Profil
- A completed apprenticeship in the hotel industry (reception) or in the commercial field
- Very good MS Office skills
- Team spirit and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
- A high level of service orientation and ability to multitask
- Flexibility & hands-on mentality
- Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Fun in dealing with people, good communication skills
